DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 01: Arrival NJP Railway Station & Transfer to Ichhegaon
After pick from NJP Railway Station, start your wonderful vacation to Old Silk Rout starting from Ichhegaon / Barmek. Reach Ichhegaon / Barmek and check into the Homestay. After Lunch take a Nature walk in and around Ichhegaon / Barmek and explore the hamlet. Dinner and overnight at Ichhegaon / Barmek in homestay.
Meal – Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner only
Major Sightseeing – Coronation Bridge & Ramdhura Village
Accommodation – Homestay
DAY 2 – Transfer from Ichhegaon to Aritar / Mangkhim
After leisure breakfast proceed toward Aritar / Mangkhim. On the way cover Aritar Lake & Aritar Monastery. Post check-in enjoy lunch then walk around the hamlet to explore Umbrella View Point, Rai Temple & Mangkhim View Point by own. Dinner and overnight at Aritar / Mangkhim in homestay.
Meal – Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner only
Major Sightseeing – Siddheswar Dham,  Aritar Lake, Aritar Monastery, Umbrella View Point, Rai Temple & Mangkhim Top.

DAY 3 – Transfer from Aritar / Mangkhim to Gnathang Valley / Zuluk / Phadamchen (Depends upon the month of travel)
Early morning enjoy the sunrise from Mt. Kancenjunga. After leisure breakfast proceed towards Gnathang Valley / Zuluk / Phadamchen. Make the permit at Rongli and explore the small market. Post issuing the permit cover sightseeing Kui-Khola Waterfalls, Phadamchen and reach Zuluk. Further proceed towards Gnathang cross Zig-Zag Road and then reach Thambi View Point and Lungthung. Reach Gnathang Valley in the late afternoon and check in to the homestay. After lunch explore the hamlet by own visit Gnathang Monastery & Krishna Temple. Dinner and overnight at Gnathang / Zuluk / Phadamchen in homestay.
Meal – Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner only
Major Sightseeing – Rongli Market, Kui-Khola Waterfalls, Phadamchen Village, Zuluk, Zig-Zag Road, Thambi View Point, Gnathang Monastery & Krishna Temple.

DAY 4 – Transfer from Gnathang Valley / Zuluk / Phadamchen to Rolep
Early morning enjoy the sunrise from Mt Kanchenjunga. After leisure breakfast proceed towards Rolep covering with sightseeing Tukla Valley, Old Baba Mandir, Elephant Lake or Kupup Lake (Kupup Village, World Highest Golf Course, New Baba Mandir & Changu Lake is optional with direct payment basis) and back to same way to Rolep. After lunch walk around Rolep & explore Old Hanging Bridge & River side. Dinner and overnight at Rolep in homestay.
Meal – Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks & Dinner only
Major Sightseeing – Tukla Valley, Old Baba Mondir, Kupup Lake / Elephant Lake & Hanging Bridge.
Accommodation – Homestay
DAY 5 – Drop at NJP Railway Station
Morning enjoy the breakfast and transfer from Rolep to NJP Railway Station with Buddha Falls sightseeing for your further journey while recalling all the memorable moments of your exotic trip…
Meal – Breakfast only
Major Sightseeing – Buddha Falls.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement for personal package only.
• Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Homestay Policies (early check in is subject to availability).
• You have to follow the meal timing instructed by the Homestay. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• Meals have been prepared by local people, taste may be different from your regular meal.
• In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Homestay, Services, and Aids etc. can’t be matched to developed destinations. Homestay are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• For any unexpected event extra cost may be applied.
• Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter .
• we are not responsible for missing luggage. Guests are requested to check vehicles / rooms before they release/ depart.
• We are not liable for any health problem of each guest. We will guide or help to admit hospital and inform guest relative’s (if contact detail is available with us) and guest relative will take care with direct payment basis. This route will cover very remote areas so guest should be aware of that before booking. Same condition apply for any accidental insurance or claiming or settlement for guests for travelling on the above mentioned route.
• All the travelers are requested to carry a copy of the medical certificate with them.
• We are not liable for any health problem or accidental issue or death issue of any guest. We will guide or help to arrange first aid only and inform guest relative’s (if contact detail is available with us) and guest relative will take care with direct payment basis. This route will cover very remote areas so guest should be aware of that before booking.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or due to Bad weather, Snow Fall, Strike, Landslide, Army Movement, Terrorism or any other reason not mentioned early, we are not liable for it. Homestay can be changed in any emergency situation for your convenience, no refund in any case and extra charge on direct payment basis if applied.
• Participants are requested to follow the timing in the program, in case any service is missed due to delay in departure, we will not be responsible for any settlement.
• In any event of train / flight cancellation or rescheduling, we will not be responsible for any claims of refund or settlement for the same.
• Tourism on the entire Sikkim Circuit from NJP to Rongli to Kupup Lake to NJP is completely dependent on Inner Line Permits issued by Sikkim Police and Indian Armed Forces. Discretion of issuing permits solely depend on these authorities. We can’t guarantee the trip if permission is not granted due to military operations, snowfall, natural calamities, close day, terrorism, any other emergency situation or insufficient documentation by guests.
• Each guest must carry personal Medicines.
• In case of extension of stay / tour is required, then the guest can directly contact with Himalayan Destination.
• All transportation will be shared with point to point basis unless a private vehicle is specifically chosen at the time of booking.
• Pickup from NJP Railway Station on Day – 1 at 10:00 hrs. (10:00 am IST). Before or after pickup will be charged separately.
• Any case extra transport shall have to be arranged by the customers on their own, on direct payment basis.
• In case Gnathang Valley night stay is not possible due to operational reasons or any other reason, then additional night stay will be provided in available location and sightseeing in this route will be arranged as per permit availability.
• Seating arrangement must change on regularly by self interest to avoid any unwanted issues. Travel gentle & enjoy the nature.
• If complementary service may not provide due to any reason then customer can not claim refund or adjust or alternate service.
• Room heaters if required can be provided on chargeable basis, subject to availability and completely depend on homestay policy.
• If geyser is not available then hot water will be provided on demand basis.
• If any solo traveler join in this group he / she has to share room with other co-traveler.
• In what so ever any reason we have the full right to reschedule the tour, change date without any prior notice.
• We have to full right to change itinerary for smooth operation.
• Alcohol & Tobacco consumption or carrying is strictly prohibited in entire journey, consumption or carrying at your own risk.
• Respect the local people & there culture. Clean environment may expected from you & your group.

CHILD POLICY:

• Child age below 5 years is complementary. No extra seat will provide at car, no additional meal will provide other than parent’s plate and no additional bed will provide & adjust with parents bed.
• Child age between 5 to 8 years will charge 50% of adult cost. No extra seat will provide at car, additional meal will provide but no additional bed will provide & adjust with parents bed.
• Child age above 8 years considered as adult.

Please remember in spite of the above policy, if any parents want to additional seat at car or additional bed or claim meal for child then the child will be considered as adult.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Initial booking has been accepted with token advance of 25% of the total tour cost.
• Pay another 25% payment on or before 30 days from arrival date.
• Remaining 50% on arrival by cash only.

You can pay full amount before journey started to avoid spot payment. We accept installment payment options also.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION POLICY:

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email / WhatsApp within 3 business day of successful booking.
• Alternatively, the customer may cancel their booking before confirmation voucher generated and a full refund will be processed within 7 business day from the cancellation date.
• All cancellation must be communicated through email or whatsapp only.
• Final Booking confirmation voucher shall be generated after completion of payment 50% of the total tour cost.

5% additional charged will be applicable on failure of payment within specified date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If cancellations are made on or before 90 days 75% of the Total Package amount will be refundable. (If total Paid, else deduct from booking amount).
• If cancellations are made on or before 30 days 50% of the Total Package amount is refundable. (If total Paid, else deduct from booking amount).
• If cancellations are made on or before 15 days 25% of the Total Package amount is refundable. (If total Paid, else deduct from booking amount).
• Within 15 days of journey, no cancellation has been done.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, NO CANCELLATION DURING PEAK SEASON

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions and complete trip / certain trips or activities may get cancelled or affected, in such cases we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible. However cash refund will not be applicable for the same. All alteration will be fully depends on homestay / transporter policy.

REFUND POLICY:

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days from the tour completion.
• Final refund amount will be calculated after all deduction of applicable charges.

COVID / TRAVEL RESTRICTION POLICY:

If the tour affected by Covid issue or Govt. has implement entry restriction / flight / train cancelled / lockdown then the trip will be postponed till further noticed. No cash refund or adjustment shall be entertained. If customer wants to refund or adjustment then Cancellation Policy will be applicable.

This policy will not valid for cancellation or unable to join the tour from customer’s end (any kind of personal reason) the Cancellation Policy will be applicable.
